All the texts are subject to varying interpretations. Interpretations of texts vary according to the perspective of interpreter. The civil wars in Europe beginning in the 17th century were on the issue of two interpretations of Bible. My interpretation of Gita would be quite different from Radha Krishnan's interpretation. Liberalism is political philosophy and political economy of Capitalism, my interpretation of Hobbes's philosophy or Adam Smith's political economy shall be different from any Liberal or rightists' interpretations. I had prepared a note on interpretation for my students, my things are quite hotch-potch after shifting, I'll look for it and share.
