DU 13 (FYUP)

Forget  about urgency and hurry with which FYUP courses were desiogned, even the semester courses were framed by HoDs and their obedient "scholar-teaches" with the same hurry without application of mind. In Political Science, we have an optional course, 'Political Economy & Society' with 2 not unrelated section. That was revised for the annual system as 'Contemporary Political Economy' for annual system, applied only to 2 batches -- 2012&13. Whether the topics included are all justified in conformity with the name of the course or not can be debated, it was a quite a big course to be completed only with extended classes.  The same course, as it was, has been moved to one semester.
