True, that needs radicalization of the social consciousness at a global level. Dems and Reps are just two loyal camps of the imperialist global capital. They project their internal, mostly artificial contradiction as the major social contradiction in order to blunt the edge of the major, economic contradiction. The key is the level of social consciousness but the right is able to channelize the discontent of crisis on chauvinistic lines, the left, as yet, has failed to channelize the discontent on scientific, progressive lines. The middle strata of the Workers Collective, harboring the illusion of being part of the ruling classes, are the biggest hurdle.
