And the prolonged servile demeanor due to prolonged adhocism, subtly and indirectly instills servility, conformity, absolute following,  and dependence into "natural" conduct and creep in to become personality traits. With no intention to offend anyone but the system of patronage and adhocism, it appears to me that the servility continues as personality trait with many when they become regular owing to mainly prolonged adhocism and the blessings of God Fathers (having gone through the same experiences themselves) and subsequently, professors, deans, Principal, PVC et al. This feeling of mine is substantiated by the conformist conduct of AC/EC in succumbing to dictates of the power not mindful of contradicting themselves.
