DU 30

I am hereby reproducing of the letter that was speed-posted to us by the Hindu College (Delhi University) Principal's office at the expense of the college yesterday (16.07.'14). Acting as the postman and loyal servant of the GB, the Principal, probably ignorant of the basic norm that GB can communicate with employees of the college through the Principal, the Sec of the GB, had asked us through his PA on 14th July, whether we will go to meet Gadodia on 15th or 16th?

Sub:  Reply regarding the memorandum to the Lt. Governor of Delhi

Your reply dated 6th June'14 has been considered by me. The basic allegation against you is that you choose to write to the Lt. Governor of Delhi who was to be the Chief Guest on 28th March'14 against the interest of the institution thereby bringing disrepute to the college.

I have therefore constituted an enquiry committee of the following members of the GB to enquire  into al the allegations and your replies.

1. Mr. TC Rangachari
2. Mr. Tejpal Gadodia

They will give you a personal hearing and then submit the report to the GB for any further action if necessary.

You will be directly hearing from them about the date of personal hearing.

Please note.

Yours truly
(SN Punj)
Chairman
