Every next generation, in general, moves ahead. A teacher/father/mother must feel proud of their children/students if they surpass him/her in achievements.I feel proud of, and fondly remember very few students who asked me at one time or other some inconvenient questions, as key to any knowledge is questioning -- question any and everything, beginning with one's own mindset and acquired moralities and identity. Countering elders' arguments is no disrespect but a great respect of special kind. Teachers and parents should not only teach but learn also from children. I get put of with students who want to do something particular as their parents wish so.We should help children in exploring what they wish to do.
