Education & Knowledge 31

Knowledge is continuous process, there is no final knowledge, there is no final peak where we can stand and look down the slope we have climbed. Every next generation is always, in general, over all, smarter in terms of efficiency of the mind. But this smartness does not automatically translate into knowledge but skills to improve the method/techniques of tool making. It needs conscious effort and courage to translate mental efficiency into knowledge by questioning anything and everything beginning with one's own mindset, as key to any knowledge is questioning. The institutional education provides scope for learning but knowledge process also requires unlearning for that one needs to dare to apply reason and unlearn the values that are acquired through socialization without conscious effort and will but occupy s. substantial part of the consciousness, which may be called acquired morality that needs to be replaced by rational one.
