In a US debating group someone asked a question "Where is the hell?", my comment:
This reminds me of a joke of 1970s. Once President Brezhnev on his one of the visits to Washington saw a peculiar instrument on the table of President Nixon and asked him what was that? Nixon replied that the capitalist technology is so advanced that we have developed telephonic connection to the hell. Brezhnev asked the permission to make a call, Nixon allowed him on the condition of putting a dollar and Brezhnev complied. When Nixon visited Moscow, he saw a similar phone on Brezhnev's table and asked the similar question. Brezhnev boasted of socialist technology and told him we also have developed tele connection to hell and you can make a call by putting in one 500 Rubles. Nixon got angree and reminded him that he had allowed a call just for $1. Brezhnev replied that yours was a local call this is trunk call abroad. (The situation can be reversed too)
