True that strength of national capital makes the nation state stronger in international dealings and its immediate antagonist is the national bourgeoisie and hence the bourgeois nation state. That is why Marx gave slogan of the unity of the workers of the world to be organized against the capitalism within the national boundaries with the awareness that the nationalism is the ideology of the bourgeois state for the class hegemony. The national capital in 3rd world is subservient to global imperialist capital. There is an urgent need of a new International.
