This is a common Genderized argument that sexual harassment is invited by revelation of body parts by girls but women in full saris and even in burqas fall victims of sexual harassment. There was a case of a brutal rape of a 6 year old and the 2 rapists inserted a bottle, I asked such people what dress she would have been wearing? Rape has nothing to do with sexuality that could be enjoyed with mutual spontaneity. It is not the rape but perverted MCP (genderized) understanding of sexuality in general and female sexuality in particular that considers women to be just fucking machines unaware with the reality that now women are adequately intellectually equipped to fack the happiness of all kinds of MCPs.
