Raj K Mishra Why unfortunately, JNU is at the top? It is the best univ. in this country as far as a democratic academic culture is concerned. Many universities don't even understand the concept. I have been student of AU and JNU both. Coming from a conservative, feudal and casteist campus like AU, JNU was a revelation. Full credit to JNU in what I am. It transforms Babhan into Insaan, a critical thing human. Exceptions only prove the rule.

काँग्रेस के जमाने के एक हमारे विश्वविद्यालय की तरक्की की बात किया करते थे कहते थे जे एन यू बना दूँगा इसे। सरकार बदली साहब भी खिसक लिये अब कहीं और कुछ और बनाने में लगे पड़े हैं और भूल कर भी अब जे एन यू का नाम उनकी जबान से नहीं फिसलता कैसे ले सकते हैं अब जवाहर लाल का नाम हा हा ।
