जी हाँ, मुझे भ्रष्टाचार और निकम्मेमन से स्खलित इस देश की असंवैधानिक बन चुकी संवैधानिक व्यस्थाओं में यकीन नहीं है. जितने मशहूर मुठभेड़ विशेश्ग्य हुए हैं ज्यादार या तो जेलों में हैं या आपसी रंजिश में मारे गए जैसे राजबीरआदि . हमने अपनी रेपर्ट आपके विचारार्थ  पेश की है स्वीकृति की अपेक्षा नहीं.

Under which constitution fake encounters take place? SUPREME Court appointed Juatice Bhagvati commission has investigated into 22 fake encounters in Gujarat  alone. Are the Banjaras/Pandeys and other Police officials facing charges were performing their constitutional duties or were serving the personal whims of politicians interested in creating communal polarization  for electoral gains.
