Fu Lin-lin: I fully agree with you on the point of the link of consciousness in the transformation of the workers from the class-in-itself to class for itself . And helping workers acquire revolutionary class consciousness and  organization is the role of revolutionary intellectuals by their each act and word. the professional intellectuals have their vested interest with the system and highly paid executives become spokesperson of capitalism.  They need to be told that they too are wage earners despite a crumb from the plunder which they give back to capitalists by investing into shares and bonds.capitalism has learnt from Hindu caste order. Everyone can find some one to look down at. It has stratified the workers into so many echelons and ranks that consciousness of common interest is eluding. nevertheless it would happen one way or the other. Latin american experience needs to be studied and influenced. Objective conditions of maturing the contradiction have been appearing time and again but subjective factor of conscious working class organization have been missing. Each recovery is accompanied by more concentration and centralization of capital and more exploitation of workers with carrot to a small section of the middle classes -- the lumpen bourgeoisie.
