As long as things don't happen it looks utopia to hopeless people. In my childhood in my village a woman holding a public office was considered utopia; I had to wage a tough battle with my clan for my sister's higher education beyond middle school in 1982, as higher education of a girl was an utopia same was true about Dalit children. Today no parents can dare to publicly say to differentiate between a son and a daughter. Similarly no one can publicly talk about differentiation on the basis of caste hierarchy. Yesterday's utopia is today 's reality.
