. On one post of Sharad Yadav's apprehension of the misuse of  anti-rape law, many people agreed with Yadavji with the argument that the girls themselves want and invite stalking by direct/indirect hints. I am pasting here my comment:

   Fear on this thread has already sounded by Sharad Yadav in the Parliament. The root cause of sexual harassment is set of patriarchal values orchestrated and perpetuated by myths, idioms, phrases rituals and practices. No word or proverb is value free but value loaded. You statement "value teji se ghat jayega..". Knowingly/inadvertently your statement is objectifying the female personality. This simply implies that in the process of your learning you have not been able to unlearn the the "acquired moralities" and replace them by rational ones. Education is not only about learning but also unlearning many attributes that we have inherited/acquired in the process of  growing up without our conscious will. We carry them on because we do not question them; seek their proof and intellectually stagnate. If the "harassment" is "invited and consensual', why do you fear this this law. If one has invited you to stalk her why would she complain?

आधुनिक(पूंजीवादी) सभ्यता व्यक्ति में दोगलेपन का संचार करती है, हर कोई वह दिखना चाहता/ती है जो होता/ती नहीं. सार और स्वरूप का यह अंतर्विरोध स्वस्थ विमर्श, मुक्त आत्मचिंतन एवं आत्मालोचना और परिणामस्वरूप समाज के समुचित, बौद्धिक विकास में बाधक है. कोशिस होनी चाहिए वैसा बनने की जैसा हम दिखना चाहते हैं.

पहले प्यार के सिवा

हर प्यार होता है इतना अनोखा
लगता है अनदेखा पहले सा
 जब भी हो जाता है
देता है अनुभूति
 सघनतम पारस्परिकता की

When the hell shall American mindset be free from the ideology of race that is not an attribute  of biology and genetics but s created and perpetuated in our everyday life experiences, like the one being done on this thread. One's consciousnesses is not shaped by color of the skin but by material conditions,i.e. the socialization. Men and women are equal human beings endowed with intellectual faculty irrespective of sex and color. Race kind of prejudices prevail even about the sex. The cunning ideologues of inequality define differences in terms of inequality and using circular logic, prove the inequalities with the same definition. The ideology affects not only the perpetrator but also the victim. Let us apply Reason that distinguishes humans from other creatures,  while making opinions.

As I said consciousness is product of socialization that includes the ideological indoctrination through media education and practice of irrational prejudices. Ideology is a false consciousness that presents a particular construct as the final truth, the natural. But the naturalism of this natural is questionable.
